He supports clients with strategy, marketing, and project management, helping businesses access new markets, develop products and overcome resource gaps. With senior management experience at major wine and beverage companies, he knows understands the needs of key stakeholders in the industry. For John, it’s all about connecting sellers with buyers to bring about mutual growth and profitable partnerships.
Initially developed in conjunction with Wine Marlborough Ltd, GrapeEx is as a dedicated platform for growers to market their wine grapes and vineyards directly to producers and potential buyers anywhere in the world. With the initial focus on the Marlborough region, GrapeEx has grown to encompass listings for grapes from any region.

GrapeEx.co.nz does not take a commission from any sales or negotiated supply agreements, unless one of our consultants is engaged independently by you to manage a specific supply arrangement. In such cases we will notify you in advance of our fee for services. Otherwise, your only cost is the listing fee. Once introduced, Buyers and Sellers are free to negotiate directly.
